In the Jinan China Overseas Tianfu Ridge villa project, WARREN Windows & Doors placed the Master X Series doors and windows at the core. By utilizing dual-color customization (interior and exterior), a multi-color system, and a multi-functional combination design, this pain point was cleverly resolved—achieving a seamless, harmonious exterior facade while allowing each interior space to shine with its own distinct beauty.

A Two-Way Balance of Light French Cream Style

The villa's interior as a whole adopts a Light French Style. The exterior side of the doors and windows uses the "Silver Gray Dreamland" color, maintaining a uniform tone with the building facade. The interior side in the living room utilizes the "Designer Custom White" color, which complements the cream-toned decor perfectly, maintaining visual harmony and unity.

The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room feature Sobinco heavy-duty hardware and 4SG Low-E glass, while the patio door connecting the living room to the outdoors uses thermal break strip hardware

When viewed from a distance, the building facade looks clean and crisp, free from issues like cluttered window and door colors or anything disrupting the overall visual appeal of the structure. The design fully respects the architectural language of the villa itself, preserving the integrity of the building's exterior.

At the connection between the second-floor bedroom and the outdoor terrace, Master X Series outward-opening doors were used, paired with German Roto hardware and a foldable mesh screen, combining both aesthetics and functionality.

The extra-long picture window in the dining room cleverly connects indoor and outdoor spaces, framing the outdoor scenery into the room and making every meal a dual delight for both mind and sight.

Relying on WARREN Windows & Doors' powerful designer custom color system, this villa case study breaks free from rigid thinking like using the same color throughout the entire house. By matching differentiated interior color schemes based on room functions and spatial atmosphere, doors and windows become an added bonus to the room's overall vibe.

The gaming room features "Dazzling Cobalt Blue," a cool, deep shade of blue that steps away from the soft cream base tone of the shared living spaces. Both vibrant and composure-filled, it matches the personalized vibe of an entertainment and leisure area—breaking the gentle softness of French design and infusing the space with a distinct, youthful energy.

The balcony area features a dark gray tone. As a transition space between indoors and outdoors, dark gray is both stain-resistant and sophisticated, pairing seamlessly with sunlight and outdoor scenery; it resists sun exposure without aging easily, combining aesthetics with practicality.

High-transparency mesh screens keep out mosquitoes and insects without obstructing wide-open views, making them the ultimate partner for balcony doors and windows. 4SG Low-E laminated insulated glass enhances sound insulation and thermal insulation, ensuring peace of mind against wind and rain disruptions.

A single residence often needs to accommodate the diverse aesthetic preferences of the whole family. While the overall style is Light French Cream, the elders' bedroom leans toward New Chinese style, and the kitchen pursues minimalist practicality. The coexistence of multiple styles poses a true test to the customization capabilities of doors and windows.

The interior side of the doors and windows in the elders' bedroom features the custom-designed "Warren Select Red." Its warm, rich red tone complements the calm and elegant temperament of the New Chinese space. Paired with Sobinco hardware and Hoppe antique bronze handles, it seamlessly blends with the New Chinese solid wood furniture, effortlessly evoking an Oriental charm. There is no need to sacrifice the elders' aesthetic preferences just to accommodate the overall French style of the home—within the same house, a dedicated Chinese-style ambiance can still be created for the elders.

The kitchen windows are tilt-and-turn windows, paired with built-in glass blinds; simply adjusting the blinds allows for easy control over natural light and privacy. The minimalist window design meets the clean, functional needs of a kitchen while being much easier to maintain and clean in a cooking-grease-prone environment.
